Just when I thought everything was going smoothly in the paperwork department.
Our corrected POA & other documents appear to be taking a nice Caribbean vacation in Antigua, West Indies, courtesy of FedEx.
They are supposed to be redirected to Guatemala and be there by Monday.
Off to the endo, g-d help me.

Argh, that's a bummer! I just don't understand how they mess that up- we had documents go to Afghanistan instead of Minneapolis. WTH?? I'm sorry, Art-Sweet! Hang in there!
For the grief they're putting you through I assume they will reimburse (small compensation) and perhaps promise to pay extra special attention to the next one you send.
Tell them a baby's life is in balance. See if that gets their attention.
Even better, why not e-mail Frederick Smith, the Fedex CEO. From searching around, I think his e-mail address is FWSmith@fedex.com.
Explain to him how disappointed you are by their lack of service. I'll bet that you get a quick call back from someone at FedEx.
